However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your scale to us for a refund, store credit, or an exchange. If the scale is defective USA Measurements is 100% liable for the return. We will take care of all shipping cost and will not charge any restocking fee. That is our guarantee. All returns must be made with 30 days from the date of purchase. All items must be returned including the original box. These items are the scale, power adapter, manuals, parts, and any other pieces shipped with the product.
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and please provide your RMA number or Invoice number on the packing slip. All returns will be sent to our corporate office in Las Vegas, NV.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow 1 to 2 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
If the product has been heavily used, been damaged by the user, left outdoors in the rain for non-washdown scales, or been modified. We may charge between a 5% to 20% restocking fee to refurbish the scale. If you have any questions regarding a restock fee. Please contact customer service.

USA Measurements does our best to keep all items in stock. If by chance we are out of stock on a product. We will email and call you immediately. We are happy to offer a free upgrade to a better product if we are out of stock on the product you choose.
Our smaller products will ship via UPS or FedEx. On our larger industrial scales they will commonly ship via LTL freight. Shipping to commercial businesses will require a loading dock or forklift for off loading. If we are shipping to residential or farm address additional fees apply. Also, if you require lift gate service additional fees will apply.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Company Checks, or ACH wire transfer. For customers requiring net 30 day terms please contact us for approval.
Any additional charges for changes to: delivery address, residential area, heavy load permits etc. will be the responsibility of the customer. USA measurements will do everything possible to make the buyer aware all charges at time of ordering. If the product arrives damaged please take pictures, DO NOT sign for the shipment, and call us immediately: 800-711-2237. USA Measurements cannot be liable for concealed damage. We will do everything we can to help with any issue that arise.
